What is the map pack, and why does it matter?
The map pack is the block of three businesses with the map beside it, sitting above the normal results. For "near me" searches it takes most of the clicks — many people never scroll past it. Ranking there is a different job from ranking in the blue links below it.
Why do I rank at my own address but nowhere else?
Because map rankings change every few blocks. Google weighs how close the searcher is to you, so a profile can sit at #1 outside your own door and #20 across the bridge. We map that across a grid of your service area so you can see exactly where you disappear.
What does local SEO cost?
