Most small-business sites land in the low thousands — fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. Bigger builds (online stores, booking systems, many pages) cost more and get scoped after a short discovery call. Scope changes are re-quoted, never invoiced as a surprise.
How long does it take?
A straightforward business site is typically three to five weeks from kickoff, and the bottleneck is almost always content — photos, service descriptions, and your sign-off. Faster is possible when you already have those ready.
Do I own the site when it’s done?
Completely. The domain, the hosting, the logins, the code — all yours, in your name. If you ever want to leave, you take everything and nothing breaks. No hostage hosting, no proprietary builder you can only edit through us.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. We build on WordPress when you want hands-on control, or on a fast static stack when you would rather it just work and never need patching. We recommend one based on how you actually plan to use it, and hand over a short walkthrough either way.
Will it show up on Google?
Every site ships technically sound — fast, mobile-first, structured markup, green Core Web Vitals. That is the foundation, not a ranking guarantee: showing up for competitive searches is ongoing SEO work, which we also do if you want it.
