Personal AI Agents · OpenClaw · Hermes

An AI assistant that's actually yours.

Not a subscription. Not a chat window owned by someone else. A capable personal AI agent — built on OpenClaw and Hermes — running privately on your own machine or server, reading your documents, handling your busywork, and answering to no one but you. We set the whole thing up.

What we set up for you.

The full installation

OpenClaw and a Hermes model (or another open model that fits your hardware), installed, secured, and tuned — on your computer, home server, or private cloud.

Connected to your life

Email, calendar, files, messages — wired in so the agent can actually help: draft replies, prep your morning brief, file what you forward it.

Private by design

Your conversations and documents stay on hardware you control. No training on your data, no third-party analytics, no surprise policy changes.

Memory that persists

Your agent remembers your projects, preferences, and people across conversations — that’s what makes it an assistant instead of a chatbot.

Taught to you, plainly

A handover session in plain English: what it can do, what it shouldn’t do, and how to ask for things. No manual required.

Care plan (optional)

Model updates, security patches, and tune-ups handled for a modest monthly fee — or take the keys and run it yourself entirely.

Why us

We run these systems ourselves. Daily.

This isn't a service we added because it's trending — personal agents and self-hosted models are how we run our own studio. We've made the mistakes already, on our own hardware, so your setup arrives with the sharp edges filed off: sensible security, honest hardware advice, and an agent that's useful on day one.

FAQ

Personal AI agents, honestly explained

What is a personal AI agent, in plain words?

An AI assistant that works for you around the clock on your own setup — reading the documents you give it, drafting replies, doing research, managing tasks — and remembers your context between conversations. Think of it as a tireless assistant that lives on your hardware (or your private cloud), not in someone else’s data centre.

What are OpenClaw and Hermes?

Two of the most capable ways to run a personal AI agent today. OpenClaw is an open agent framework that can act on your behalf — messages, files, schedules, browsing. Hermes is a family of powerful open AI models you can run privately. Together they give you a serious assistant without renting your privacy to a subscription.

Why would I self-host instead of just using ChatGPT?

Three reasons people come to us: privacy (your documents and conversations never leave your control), capability (an agent that acts — sends, schedules, organizes — rather than just chats), and ownership (no per-seat fees forever, no provider changing the rules under you). If ChatGPT already covers your needs, keep it — we’ll tell you honestly.

What do I need to run one?

Less than you’d think. A capable mini PC or a modest cloud server handles most setups; bigger models want a machine with a good graphics card. We help you choose, then handle the entire setup — hardware advice, installation, security, connecting your email/calendar/files — and show you how to use it.

What does setup cost, and is there a monthly fee?

Setup is a fixed-price project based on what you want the agent to do. After that, it’s yours — the only ongoing costs are your own hardware or server. Optional care plan if you’d like us to keep it updated and tuned.

Is this for individuals or businesses?

Both. Professionals use personal agents for research, writing, and inbox control. Businesses use them as private assistants trained on their own documents — quotes, procedures, pricing — without any of it touring a third-party cloud.
